The Collezione set puts eight forged X50CrMoV15 knives, six steak knives, and a built-in ceramic sharpening steel into one solid rubberwood block, so a new kitchen can be outfitted with a matched, properly weighted set in one purchase. The core lineup covers an 8-inch chef's knife, 8-inch bread knife, 7-inch santoku, 5-inch utility knife, 3.5-inch paring knife, boning knife, and kitchen shears, each full-tang with the same triple-riveted POM handles as our standalone knives, so muscle memory carries across the whole set. The block's slots are angled for easy insertion and removal without scraping the edges, and the open-slot design lets air circulate so blades dry between uses. This is the set we point people to when they're furnishing a kitchen from scratch rather than replacing one knife at a time. Every blade in the set is individually edge-tested before packing.
