Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to ArteRossa Recipes memberships and to purchases made through our kitchenware shop, both operated by ARTERRA ARCH, LLC.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind ArteRossa Recipes with a 30-day money-back guarantee that applies to both new memberships and shop orders. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your charge or order date, contact us at info@arterossa.com and we will issue a refund or credit as described below.

Membership Refunds

ArteRossa Recipes membership is billed at $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Every new membership begins with a 30-day free trial: your card is authorized but not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your account settings or by emailing info@arterossa.com, and you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial ends, cancellation stops future billing, but we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a current monthly or annual billing period beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee above. When you cancel, you will retain access to members-only recipes through the end of the period you already paid for.

Shop Orders

Please note that the ArteRossa Recipes shop checkout is a demonstration checkout. It validates that a card number entered is a properly formatted number (using the Luhn algorithm) and checks the expiration date, but does not process any real payment, does not charge any real card or bank account, and does not store card numbers. No real money changes hands through our shop checkout, and no real order is fulfilled as a result of it.

For clarity and to describe how a real-store refund policy for this type of shop would operate, our stated policy is as follows: unused kitchenware items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund to the original payment method, consistent with our 30-day money-back guarantee. Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging, as well as final-sale or clearance items, are not eligible for return.
