Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArteRossa Recipes, operated by ARTERRA ARCH, LLC, located at 2710 Hollywood Blvd, A-2004, Hollywood, FL 33020, USA ("ArteRossa," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website https://arterossa.com, our recipe club membership, and our kitchenware shop. By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a membership.

Membership and Billing

ArteRossa Recipes offers a paid membership that unlocks our full recipe library. Approximately half of our recipes are available free to all visitors, while members-only recipes require an active subscription. Membership is available at $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Every new membership begins with a 30-day free trial during which your payment method is authorized but not charged; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically at the start of the first billing cycle and continues on a recurring basis until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@arterossa.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period; see our Refund Policy for details. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to members-only content through the end of your current paid period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access members-only content without an active subscription, scraping or bulk-copying recipes or product content, uploading harmful code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All recipes, photographs, articles, and other content on ArteRossa Recipes are owned by ARTERRA ARCH, LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use recipes for personal, non-commercial cooking purposes, but you may not republish, redistribute, or sell our content without our prior written permission.

Shop Purchases and Demonstration Checkout

Our kitchenware shop allows you to browse and "purchase" products through a checkout flow. Please note that this checkout is a demonstration/demo system: it validates that an entered card number is a properly formatted number (using the Luhn algorithm) but does not process any real payment, does not charge any real card, and does not store any card numbers. No real funds are transferred and no real financial transaction occurs through our shop checkout. Any references to orders, shipping, or products in the shop are provided for demonstration and illustrative purposes.

Disclaimers

Our content, including recipes, nutrition estimates, and product descriptions, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that recipes will meet your specific dietary needs or that any product description is fully accurate or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARTERRA ARCH, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your membership, or any content or products offered, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ArteRossa Recipes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
