One 8x8-inch dish

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) strong brewed espresso or very strong coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso or coffee and pour it into a shallow dish. Stir in the coffee liqueur if using, and let cool completely to room temperature - dipping in hot coffee will make the ladyfingers disintegrate.
