A 10-inch tri-ply stainless steel skillet built for even searing and everyday saute work.

This skillet uses a full tri-ply construction of an aluminum core bonded between two layers of 18/10 stainless steel, so heat spreads evenly across the cooking surface instead of pooling in a single hot spot. The polished interior lets you monitor fond development for pan sauces, while the brushed exterior resists fingerprints and everyday scuffs. A cast stainless steel handle is riveted in three places and stays cool enough to grip during stovetop use, and the flared rim makes pouring off excess fat simple. At 10 inches across it is sized for two chicken breasts, a three-egg omelet, or a batch of seared vegetables. It moves straight from stovetop searing into a hot oven to finish thicker cuts.
