A 12-cup food processor with a wide feed chute and a stack of interchangeable discs for slicing, shredding, and dough.

The Modena food processor uses an 850-watt motor to power through shredded cheese, sliced vegetables, nut butters, and pie dough in a single 12-cup BPA-free work bowl. A 3-inch wide-mouth feed chute takes whole potatoes and onions without pre-cutting, and the reversible slicing and shredding disc switches between thick and thin cuts in seconds. An S-blade handles chopping and pureeing while a separate dough blade kneads pastry and pizza dough without overworking the gluten. A locking lid with a dual safety interlock prevents operation unless the bowl and lid are correctly seated, and all removable parts are dishwasher safe. The compact base stores the discs and blades in a case that fits inside the bowl for cabinet storage.
