The Positano kettle draws water through a thin gooseneck spout that gives a slow, controllable pour ideal for pour-over coffee drippers and precise tea steeping. A brushed stainless steel body houses a concealed 1200-watt heating element, and a digital control panel lets the temperature be set from 104F to 212F in 1-degree increments for green tea, oolong, or full-boil applications. A keep-warm mode holds the chosen temperature for up to 60 minutes, and the kettle lifts off a 360-degree swivel base with no cords to manage while pouring. The body holds one liter, enough for two to three cups per brew cycle, and an auto shutoff and boil-dry protection are built in for safety.
