An adjustable mandoline with a Japanese-style stainless steel blade for uniform slices, julienne, and waffle cuts.

This mandoline uses a stainless steel V-blade set into a molded ABS frame, with a dial that adjusts cutting thickness from paper-thin at 0.5mm up to 6mm for thicker vegetable chips or gratin slices. Three interchangeable inserts switch the blade between straight slicing, fine julienne, and coarse julienne, covering slaw, stir-fry strips, and potato fries from one tool. A folding stand angles the frame over a bowl or cutting board and locks flat for storage, while non-slip rubber feet keep it planted during use. The included hand guard holds smaller vegetables like radishes securely, keeping fingers clear of the blade as the piece gets short. The whole unit disassembles for thorough cleaning between the blade, frame, and inserts.
